Bank Employee Wage Revision Latest News – BankUnionAIBEA.in
The talks regarding the bank employee wage revision was held between IBA and Union of Bank Employee. The Bank Unions of Employee which participated in the talks with IBA are AIBEA, NCBE, INBEF, BEFI and NOBW. The latest round of talks for wage revision was held between IBA and Bank workmens union.
Several points were discussed between IBA & Bank Unions of Employee.
Some of the important points which were discussed on the 25 February 2010 with relation to Bank Wage revision are as given below.
Revision of Basic Pay for Sub Staff from Rs. 5500-11000/-
Revision of Basic Pay for Clerk from 6200-18300/-
Transport Allowance Rs. 200 per month.
Increase in Special Pay
Revision in HRA & CCA
Special Pay to be revised from 01/11/2007
Washing Allwonce
Cycle Allowance
Project Area Compensatory Allowance and various other points were dicussed by AIBEA and Bank Union of workmen.
